After purchasing a timeshare with this company in August 2012, I have NEVER been able to use my points for any vacation. I have tried over 20 times to use my points, but there are never any units in the area I am vacationing in or on the dates I need.

When I contact customer service, they just give me a run-around and don't end up helping at all. Such as 2 months ago they were going to send me an email with a list of all of the pet friendly sites, but after asking them for the email multiple times I still haven't received it.

They just tell you what they think you want to hear to get you to keep paying your bill and get you off the phone. I am filing complaints with the NV Real Estate Division and NV Attorney Generals office.
