After purchasing a timeshare with this company in August 2012, I have NEVER been able to use my points for any vacation.I have tried over 20 times to use my points, but there are never any units in the area I am vacationing in or on the dates I need.
When I contact customer service, they just give me a run-around and don't end up helping at all. Such as 2 months ago they were going to send me an email with a list of all of the pet friendly sites, but after asking them for the email multiple times I still haven't received it.
They just tell you what they think you want to hear to get you to keep paying your bill and get you off the phone.I am filing complaints with the NV Real Estate Division and NV Attorney Generals office.
